 Podere Bellavista started as a holiday rentals house and is expanding into organic farming. We grow saffron crocuses and lavender for oil and are expanding into truffle production. Remaining arable land is set aside for hay or cereals such as spelt-what. The woodlands are managed to produce renewable fuel for heating.
